"Arbors and More far exceeded my expectations. Within 15 minutes of submitting a request for more information on the website I was contacted by Arbors and More. Tim, the president of the company, explained the process and was able to schedule an appointment to see the site and estimate the cost of the project with me the following day. Tim arrived on time and spent all the time I needed to understand the project, the costs, and the process including helpful hints to dealing with my Home Owners Association. Tim also suggested other work he could perform which he did in a professional manner not pushy at all. By the end of the day, Tim had provided a detailed estimate of the work.

Once the project started Tim called me everyday and provided a detailed status and progress report. I had to travel during the time that the project was undertaken and this communication was critical to keeping me up to speed. Tim also worked with my neighbor to explain the project and the impacts to them since we had to replace a common fence along the property line. Tim's project estimate was very close to the final cost of the project. Overall it the project was on time and on budget. Thanks to Arbors and More we now have a beautiful new fence and are planning to undertake several of the other projects Tim suggested.
